Google Drive is reliable, convenient and I have my likings for it. I regularly use it at school, and most of my docs and works are stored in my drive. I can easily access my documents, presentations and quickly edit and save. All works are saved instantly, which makes me pleased and I can complete projects and schoolwork with ease.

I had recently copied all my files across to my Google Storage and my computer got hit with a virus encrypting all my files and requesting I pay bit coin to have them returned to me.
Well you can imagine the cold sweat and sick feeling you get right? Well the only icon on my computer that was not encrypted was my Google Drive and all my docs were safe!!
Needles to say I paid nothing to these virus writers and I'm a big convert now. Huge thank you to Google and your ability to save my business and keep these damaging viruses at bay!! CHEERS GOOGS! Problem with the app : When i need to make download google drive app copy of a video others have shared to me, i click on the triple dots this only works for individual videos.
I can select multiple files in the app, after that i click on the triple dots or any of the other useful option available in the single file option.
Please implement mass selecting files natively to google drive the website not the app. Also add the useful options from the single file selection to the multiple download google drive app in both the website and app.
